A MAN in his mid 40s was robbed of $140 in cash and valuables on Wednesday night at about 8.25pm in Tanjong Pagar.
He was approached by two men when he was walking along Neil Road. The first man claimed the victim owed him money before hitting and kicking him.
Both men then made off with his $100 cellphone and wallet, which contained $20 and an EzLink card valued at $20, in the direction of Pearl Centre.
The two men are described as dark-complexioned.
