A PEDESTRIAN and a cyclist suffered serious head injuries in two separate road accidents on the weekend.
The pedestrian, a Myanmar national in his 60s, was struck by a car on Sunday night along the junction of Gambas Avenue and Sembawang Avenue.
A day earlier, an Indian national riding a bicycle collided with a van on the junction of Woodlands Avenue 4 and Avenue 9.
Both injured men are warded at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Both drivers are now assisting police with investigations.
