A STALL owner in his 30s lost about $6,000 worth of watches after his stall at Woodlands Square was broken into.
On Saturday night, the owner and his workers packed up and covered the stall with canvas sheets that were stapled onto the wooden display table and the wooden flooring. Canvas sheets were also used to wrap around sides of the stall.
But when he arrived the following morning, he lifted the sheets and found about 1,000 watches of assorted brands missing from the stall.
