JUST three days after the birth of his first child on Dec 5, Mr Ng Thean Ain got news that rocked his family.
Doctors said his daughter, Le Shin, had a rare heart defect and might not live beyond a few months.
'When I heard what the doctor said, my mind went blank,' said the 40-year-old assistant manager in an engineering company.
