Last week, Ang Tin Yong, 48, described as the 'precedent partner' of the food court, was sentenced to six months' jail and ordered to pay a penalty of $137,185 after he pleaded guilty to six charges of tax evasion.
The other two partners, Ang Boon Chye, 54, and Wong Kee Yock, 55, are accused of making false entries in their income tax returns between 2000 and 2005.
They allegedly claimed to have made losses for the Years of Assessment 2000, 2001 and 2005 when they actually gained. For the other three years, they are said to have under-stated their share of profits.
Their lawyer, Mr Mak Kok Weng, asked for the case to be adjourned to look into the matter as he had just been instructed, and if necessary, to consult a certified public accountant.
Bail of $10,000 was offered and their passports were impounded .
If convicted of three of more offences, each faces a mandatory jail term of at least six months.
They also have to pay treble the amount of tax undercharged plus a fine of up to $10,000 or three years' jail or both on each charge.
Last week, the court heard that Ang had instructed those preparing the accounts to understate the revenue in the statement of accounts of the businesses of All Family FC and two other businesses.
He knew that by falsifying the statement of accounts, he could under-declare his share of the profits from the businesses.
