YOUTH counsellors say Singapore's young are not shying away from sending or receiving nude or semi-naked pictures of themselves or their friends through their mobile phones or e-mail.
Indeed, of 50 teens aged between 13 and 19 polled by The Sunday Times, a quarter said they have received nude pictures.
Six per cent said they have got sexually suggestive texts.
Experts put the blame for such behaviour on the prevalence of explicit language and sex in TV, movies and music.
