CERTIFICATE of Entitlements (COE) for small cars went from an all-time low of $2 two weeks ago to the highest of all categories when the first bidding for December closed on Wednesday.
COEs for cars below 1,600cc ended at $7,721.
COEs for passenger cars 1,600cc and above also ended higher at $6,501, up from $4,889.
Motorcycle COEs ended slightly highter at $1,102 compared to $1,012 while Open category COEs, which can be used for any vehicle ended at $7,589, up from $6,889.
Only COEs for goods vehicles ended slightly lower at $5,212, compared to $6,189 previously
A total of 6,911 bids were received, up from 4,940 in the last round.
