SENIOR Minister Goh Chok Tong will make a five-day working visit to Hong Kong and Macau from Monday.
He will be in Hong Kong from Monday to Wednesday. During his stay, SM Goh will deliver a keynote address on 'Governance and Growth in Emerging Asia' at the Asia Society Hong Kong Centre's annual dinner, which will be attended by leaders from Hong Kong's government, business, academic and media sectors.
He will also be hosted to lunches by Hong Kong Chief Executive Donald Tsang and Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Tung Chee-hwa.
During his trip to Macau on Thursday and Friday, Mr Goh will call on Macau Chief Executive Edmund Ho.
The SM will be accompanied by Mrs Goh, MPs Lim Biow Chuan and Mrs Josephine Teo, and senior government officials.
