Chikungunya cases up again
By Salma Khalik, Health Correspondent
CHIKUNGUNYA continues to spread in Singapore, with more people getting infected in more locations.

In the past three weeks, more than 60 people have caught the mosquito-bourne disease. Of them, 47 caught the virus locally.

The infection appears to have spread quite widely, with people getting bitten by the Aedes Albopictus mosquitoes in places as diverse as Toa Payoh, Woodlands and Kaki Bukit.
