IF YOU are flying to India and have little luggage, you are likely to be accosted by touts in Terminal 1.

They are looking for passengers to agree to carry big items like TV sets for them, to avoid having to pay for excess baggage.

In return, the passenger is paid cash.

The airport authorities said they are stepping up police patrols to address the practice.
