SINGAPORE'S Defence Minister Teo Chee Hean left on Monday for an official visit of South Korea.
He returns on Friday, said a Ministry of Defence statement.
This is the first visit by a Singapore defence minister to the South Korea since 1992.
During his visit, Mr Teo will meet his South Korean counterpart, Minister of National Defence Lee Sang-Hee, and visit several military facilities.
The armed forces of both countries interact regularly through professional dialogues, attendance of courses and seminars, and in multilateral exercises and activities.
