Father's search goes on
Diver, 26, lost at sea for 10 days but family not giving up hope
By Carolyn Quek
HIS face sunburned, his bones weary, Mr Jamal Sujaie heads to the Marina South pier almost every day, where he boards a small motor boat and spends hours scouring the waters around Singapore.

The 47-year-old is looking for his eldest child, Mr Mohammed Borhan Jamal, a commercial diver who disappeared 10 days ago while repairing an oil tanker off the East Coast.

'I am very, very tired,' Mr Jamal told The Straits Times on Wednesday night at his Toh Guan Road flat, hours after returning from another fruitless day at sea. But the warehouse supervisor said he is not giving up. 'As long as there is a boat for me, I will go out to search for my son,' he said.
