TWO men have the hearts of Singaporeans when it comes to a good read.
Books by Mitch Albom and Jim Aitchinson chalked up the most loans at Singapore public libraries between April 2007 and April 2008, according to new figures from the National Library Board (NLB).
In the adult non-fiction category, Tuesdays With Morrie, Albom's enduring tale of a dying professor and his student, took the top spot, despite being published 11 years ago.
