THE Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway (KPE) will host several events before it opens to traffic on Sept 20.
A car rally organised by the Land Transport Authority will be held on Sept 6, while a 5km walk-and-run will be held on Sept 14. There will also be a1.6km-long lantern parade along the KPE tunnel.

The registration fee of $21.40 per car will go towards the President's Challenge.
