TEA FOR POCKET MONEY
LEARN more about the ancient art of Japanese tea making while helping needy children in Singapore.
Traditional tea ceremonies will be held in four different settings, with explanations of the proceedings in Japanese and English. Participants will get to sample Japanese green tea and sweets, as well as try their hand at tea making. Get your tickets at the door for $15.

GIVE AWAY OLD TEXTBOOKS
DONATE old primary or secondary school textbooks to the FairPrice Used Textbooks Project.
Now in its 26th year, the project passes on the textbooks to needy students, helping them to reduce expenses.
It also encourages recycling through the reuse of the books, rather than seeing them thrown away.
