LOS ANGELES - AMERICAN actor Leonardo DiCaprio has sold his Malibu, Los Angeles mansion for an estimated $US8 million (S$10.1 million), said media reports on Wednesday.
The star put the home on the market last November with an asking price of $US7,999,000.
The sale price has not been disclosed but it's expected to have sold for more than the listing price.
The property, which sits atop a cliff overlooking Santa Monica Bay, consists of two buildings, a main house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a smaller guesthouse.
Both buildings have ocean views and access to a staircase that leads to the beach below. -- AFP
