MEXICO CITY - BEN Stiller wants a job with the Mexican government.
At least that's what he is telling reporters here who grilled him about a May news conference in Washington, DC, in which he allegedly cleansed his hands with anti-bacterial gel after shaking hands with Mexican reporters.
The reported incident took place when Mexico was dealing with a swine flu epidemic.
Stiller, who was in Mexico on Tuesday to promote his new film 'Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian,' told a news conference that it was all a 'misunderstanding.' He says he would love to meet with President Felipe Calderon to express his support.
'Maybe he can even give me a job,' Stiller joked. -- AP
