LOS ANGELES - PHOTOGRAPHS of actress Miley Cyrus's younger sister Noah, wearing swimwear and posing on a red carpet, have outraged the United States.
The pictures show Noah, 9, and her co-star Emily Reaves from their YouTube show, The Noie & Ems Show, wearing only bathing suits, make-up and carrying handbags.
The two girls were snapped arriving at a pool party for actress Brittany Curran's 19th birthday.
