IT WAS 10am in humid Singapore and American actor Ethan Hawke was dressed to kill in a three-piece suit.
Looking dapper with slicked-back hair and a brown suit and waistcoat, the star of movies such as Gattaca (1997) and Training Day (2001) appeared at the Swissotel The Stamford hotel with the rest of the casually dressed cast of The Winter's Tale yesterday.
These included Irish actress Sinead Cusack, British actor Simon Russell Beale and up-and-coming British actress Rebecca Hall.
