NEW YORK - CAN'T afford Elvis Presley's blue suede shoes? What about his blue suede jacket? Or his white dress slacks? Or the jumpsuit he wore at New York's Madison Square Garden on June 10, 1972?

The auctioneer Gotta Have It Collectibles is selling more than 500 pieces of Elvis memorabilia online.

The minimum bid on the sky blue jumpsuit and cape with gold lining is US$100,000 (S$153,000).

Other items are less pricey. Bidding on a silver and turquoise belt that Elvis wore on stage starts at US$8,000 (S$12,260).

Then there are items that were never owned by Presley but have his face stamped on them, like an Elvis ashtray or a key chain.

The auction started on Monday and ends March 25. -- AP
