WINDMILLS WONDERLAND You can find windmills at a hospital here. The gardens at the Singapore General Hospital's Blocks 5 & 7 have been transformed into a 'windmills wonderland' as part of an annual community art projects by the SingHealth Foundations Arts for Health.
