Mills sued by nanny
London - A nanny who worked for former model Heather Mills is taking Paul McCartney's ex-wife to a tribunal, alleging sex discrimination and intimidation, reports said.

Sara Trumble claims she was given duties way beyond her role as childminder to five-year-old Beatrice, Mills' daughter with McCartney.

Trumble, 24, complained that she was asked to give Mills naked spray tans, arrive for work at 7.30am to blow dry Mills' hair and work as late as midnight.

She lodged a constructive dismissal claim with an employment tribunal in Kent, England, last week, The Mirror reported.

The two sides have 28 days to reach an agreement before the case goes to court.

Trumble said she was only supposed to look after Beatrice but her job was altered when she resumed work after taking maternity leave earlier this year.

Her new duties included giving Mills weekly fake-tanning sessions, she claimed. She resigned in September.

Mills is said to be hurt by her allegations, with a source saying she treated the nanny to a car and holidays.

A spokesman for Mills said last Saturday: 'This claim will be vigorously defended.'

A source said: 'Heather is concerned what Sara will say - she was in the heart of the family during the last days of her marriage to Sir Paul until after the divorce was finalised.'
