THE INNOCENT WORLD WITHIN

DOCUMENTARY SCREENING & DISCUSSION WITH FILM DIRECTORS - AKI RA'S BOYS

Aki Ra's Boys is a documentary which looks at the world through the eyes of Boreak, a young boy who lost his right arm in a landmine accident, and Aki Ra, a former Khmer Rouge child soldier seeking to make amends for his past by removing landmines. It's directed by Singapore film-makers James Leong and Lynn Lee, who will be present for a question-and-answer session after the screening. The screening is being held to commemorate the International Day of Peace 2008 which falls on Sept 21.
